• Delivery Locations: Available worldwide, prices for some locations are on application (POA). The prices for some locations are on application due to costs and services remaining difficult to estimate in advance. If you enter an address outside of the EU, Australia, UK, South East Asia or USA the Checkout may not complete your order. Please provide your street address for mailing

• Perth Metropolitan Collect & Courier: Click & Collect at Pack and Send in Subiaco, WA (map); or they will local courier ATL delivery (authority to leave) during business hours for $A35.00 which includes their packaging & transport management. This shipping option will only appear at the Checkout for a Western Australia postal address.

• Flat Rates: Our specialist fulfillment provider Pack and Send Subiaco offers us a single competitive flat rate shipping solution for 1 or 2 sizes or packs (for us A3 & A2 size) each month. The international shipping fee of A$155.00 from 2023 will remain unless updates here and in the checkout. Local collection options are also available. Please check each month for new shipping rates. Pack and Send services include:

  • A customized packing solution for transit.

  • Secured and tracked delivery to the door.

  • Active & reliable management of consignments in transit.

  • Estimated transit of 5-7 days (excluding customs clearing delays outside of our control).

• Payment Options: Pal Pal is prefered payment option, more secure, and used to protect your financial data. It s still recommended, but in 2024 Squarespace started to offer their commercial websites a direct invoice option.

• Shipping times: Please allow 3-5 business days for the Artist to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day and we do not ship on public holidays. Once processed, both international and Australian orders shipped typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

• Tracking and delays: If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided from Pack and Send. Carlgopal.com cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

• Customised prints: Custom orders for ‘unique state’ prints may add an additional 7 days or more to your delivery to allow for drying time of different media.

• Flat packaging: Currently we only ship artwork securely wrapped & flat packed by the fulfillment provider.

• Each artwork is purchased & shipped as a single order: The Squarespace commerce system allows us a set of shipping options. To avoid confusion at the checkout, each order (single artwork or print set) is packaged & shipped individually under a single flat rate.

• Returns Policy: We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Where we have agreed any refund, artwork must be shipped back at your own expense and it is your responsibility to ensure it is received by us undamaged, at the address provided.   Other Information

• Image & Paper Size: We use the term “approximate” as prints vary in size. The term means that your image sits slightly within or outside of these standard sizes (A3/A2), but not significantly so. For example, when a print is very narrow, it refers to the length; and when square it refers to the width of a standard size A3 or A2. Please always refer to the “image size” measurement provided.

• Amulets: I fire a large number of them at a time, but if I run out I will contact each buyer to offer a different design or a wait time.
