My 2022-23 art has looked, once again, at how the stories we tell affect our reality. I wanted to include this painting from my 2008 exhibition ‘We’ll Always Have Paris; bent tales from the sub-atomic’ because it seems a good time to put the milk out the front door at night for Schrödinger's cat. Can right and wrong, good and evil, and war and peace exist simultaneously? In a quantum reality it can, giving us infinitely more options than we currently allow ourselves. This is a tall, narrow painting (and therefore print).
